What happened: My brother and I have booked flights on Allegiant Air. We need to cancel our trip because my mother in law is in hospice and could pass away any day. We would like a full refund on our trip.
What happened: My request is simple in that want to change email address that Allegiant has in their system, in that would like a confirmation number for my next flight.....
What happened: I ordered flights for * people. First time ever using Allegiant. The other travelers are mad at me for not ordering carry-on and checked bags at time of booking. Now, apprently, the bags are twice as expensive after the initial booking. I had no idea. They want me to cancel the entire trip. I would rather add the bags at the originally offered price. Lesson learned.
